These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on kimeo.co.uk, operated by QUETZAL BALAM LIMITED. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you promptly and offer a replacement product or a full refund.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation. Prices may change at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
To place an order, customers must select the products and add them to their basket, provide accurate billing and delivery information, complete payment via the secure checkout, and accept these Terms of Sale. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent. 6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control. A tracking number is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, UK and EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Kimeo UK extends this period to 30 days as part of our customer service policy. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, unsealed hygiene items, digital downloads, or gift cards.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty product, a damaged item, or an error on our part. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at shopkimeo@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping costs where applicable. Evidence such as photos or videos may be requested.
10. Liability
QUETZAL BALAM LIMITED shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, misuse of products, or parcels marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
