Kimeo UK extends this period to 30 days as part of our customer service policy.

Returned items must be:

  • undamaged,

  • and in their original packaging where applicable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalised or custom-made products,

  • unsealed hygiene items,

  • digital downloads,

  • gift cards.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
